Welcome

BMPC Summer Carillon Concert Series

From what I have seen and heard in the news, flying anywhere this summer is a little crazy! There seem to be a lot of rules to help make trips (be they for work or pleasure) a success. Here are just a few examples…

·       Book an early morning flight in the event it gets delayed or cancelled; this allows you more of the day for a rebooking (if you’re lucky!).
·       Do not risk a 30 to 90-minute layover… at least two hours are needed!
·       Flights are overbooked and airlines are understaffed. Eeek!

Planes might not be in the cards for you this summer, but on Thursday evenings throughout July and into August, a world tour of carillonneurs is being brought to you in Bryn Mawr as these world-class performers make music on our incredible 49-bell carillon. See concert dates and carillonneurs below.

You’ll be able to enjoy arrangements of popular music, classics we all know, and music that will be new to all of us. You're welcome to have a picnic on the lawn or listen to the concert from your car in the Sanctuary parking lot. Let the music wash over you as the sun begins to set – what could be a better way to spend a summer evening?
