Westminster Symphonic Choir Concert
This concert will be rescheduled at a later date due to the weather.
The 60-voice Westminster Symphonic Choir, led by Donald Nally, presents Fruits of Silence, a rich choral program exploring relationships, legacy, and reverence. From Our Father to Mother Earth to Mother Teresa, the concert considers who we are in relationship to deities and to each other through works both historic and contemporary.
The hour-long journey features Stravinsky and Duruflé’s setting of “Our Father, Handel’s celebration of a Queen, a lullaby of Frank Havrøy, and a melancholy memory of Joby Talbot. With vibrant harmonies and global soundscapes, the program honors the complexity and beauty of our most foundational bonds.
