Finding Grace While Grieving
Third Tuesday of each month
10:30 a.m. | Virtual
Grief is a universal human experience, yet each person's journey is unique. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, expected or unexpected, grief can affect every part of our lives—body, mind, and spirit.
Finding Grace While Grieving is a monthly online gathering led by Kathryn West, BMPC's Parish Social Worker and a member of the Caring Ministries Team. While this is not a traditional grief support group or counseling session, it is a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and connect with others who understand the experience of loss.
Each gathering begins with a prayer, poem, or brief reading, offering a thoughtful starting point for reflection. Together, we'll consider the many ways grief shapes our lives and be reminded that there is no right or wrong way to grieve. Participants are invited to listen, reflect, and, if they wish, share their own experiences. There is never any expectation to speak—simply being present is enough.
Our hope is that this time together will offer comfort, companionship, and moments of grace as we navigate the path of grief together.
If you are interested in participating, would like to learn more, or need assistance setting up Zoom on your computer, tablet, or phone, Kathryn would be happy to help.
Come as you are. Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here.
