Code Blue Shelter Volunteers Needed

Lower Merion Township has been hosting a Code Blue shelter for the past two winters. The “shelter” rotates among four different churches from December through March and provides space for five unhoused men to sleep when temperatures are below freezing. In January, BMPC will host the Code Blue Shelter. Volunteers will work in teams of two over two shifts each night the shelter is open: 8:30 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.
