Even though we are continuing as a Virtual Community this spring, we are still able to come together to strengthen existing relationships in our congregation and make new and meaningful connections. Over 80 people participated in Small Groups last fall, and came to deeply value the connections and conversations they provided.
For six weeks this March and early April we will create virtual Small Groups, especially for those who are looking for a place of connection this season.
Led by members of the congregation, these groups of approximately 10 people will meet weekly to check in, hold one another in prayer, and discuss Mike Yaconelli’s Messy Spirituality: God’s Annoying Love for Imperfect People. This small book is a grace-filled reflection on the expectations of Christian life and faith and what it means to sometimes get it right and sometimes get it wrong.
