Montgomery County Mediation Center provides mediation to individuals, families, groups and organizations. Mediation helps to resolve conflicts such as divorce and custody, parent/adolescent, senior citizens' concerns, neighborhood conflicts, landlord/tenant, civil and small claims, and workplace disputes. MCMC is committed to helping others resolve conflict, communicate effectively and build strong relationships. The process helps people gain clarity about their situation as well as a better understanding of each other's perspective.Mediation is voluntary and confidential.

Mediation services are provided by trained mediators under the direction of Winnie Backlund, MED, NCC. She is a past president of the PA Council of Mediators, practitioner member of the Academy of Family Mediators, and member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. |
