Mission:
Borderlinks is a bi-national non-profit organization that offers
experiential seminars along the border focusing on the issues of
global economics, militarization, immigration, and popular
resistance to oppression and violence. Borderlinks began providing
education seminars along the US-Mexico border in 1987, since the
1990’s their mission has broadened.
Volunteer
Opportunities:
Volunteers can get involved and play an active role in
BorderLinks’ mission to raise awareness and inspire action. Donate
directly to BorderLinks, organize a fundraiser, or purchase items
from the store (see web site). Action Toolkit available at web site.
Sign up for mailing list to receive mailings and program notices.
Volunteer a day here and there or commit to a scheduled time. Job
opportunities are also available for applicants committed to working
for social justice.
