The Senior Adult Ministry of BMPC organizes itself around the wisdom, gifts, and needs of the approximately 1000 members of our congregation who are 65 years of age and older. Their leadership and support are vital to the work of the entire congregation and to the community. Through the Senior Adult Council (SAC), a variety of forms of service and education are designed to nurture and enrich the lives of these members. At the present time, the work of the SAC is organized into three areas: Care/Support/Hospitality, Education, and Mission and Advocacy. 

Our ministry includes:

●  Sunday Brunches and occasional weekday luncheons and programs

 

●   An on-staff  Care Manager and Parish Nurse Ministry.

 

●   A medical equipment lending closet

 

●   A network of volunteers who provide rides to medical and other appointments.

 

●   Nursing and Retirement Home information

●  CDs of worship services
