• Counseling... when you need a listening ear, we can speak on the telephone, meet in my office, or your home.
• Psychosocial Assessment... if you are concerned about yourself or a loved one, my visits can determine level of function and assess needs.
• Information and Referral... connecting you to appropriate and reliable resources that can help you live well and safely is a major part of my work.
• Support Group Facilitator... in a group I facilitate with a psychologist, caregivers meet monthly, bringing their joys and concerns and getting support and advice when needed.
• Care Plan Development... working with church members and their families, we devise plans that meet the needs of loved ones. |
