The process of nomination actually began  with the dissolution of the pastorial relationship between BMPC and the former Pastor for Youth.  During stage two, we had an interim serving in the capacity of Youth Pastor.  Currently, Rebecca Alleva (far right) is our interiming coordinator for Youth.

Stage three began in the Fall of 2008 with the selection the Associate Pastor Nominating Committee.
