Associate Pastor for Youth, Their Families, and College Ministry

The APNC for Youth thanks you for your continued prayers for the spiritual guidance we need to discern how best we can serve the Lord and our church through this process.

More than 40 Personal Information Forms (PIFs) and expressions of interest have now been received.  APNC members are discussing these in confidence.  Committee assessments are based on the Pastor characteristics identified and published last year in the Church Information Form (CIF). The APNC has begun initial phone interviews and continues to work with the Presbytery’s Committee on Ministry (COM).  Additional steps in the process include checking references, on-campus interviews, more APNC meetings, as well as staff and COM involvement at some point.  

APNC members continue to reach out in other ways searching for potential candidates.  Should you know someone we should consider or know someone in a position to know of a potential candidate, please share your suggestions with anyone on the Youth APNC.
