The call for a new Pastor of any level at a Presbyterian Church is governed by the Book of Order and follows very specific steps. These steps can seem long and arduous, but lead to the construction of a strong ministry within the church that has long and far-reaching effects on the congregation and the community. The better we build early on, more sure our foundations and structure will be.

Here, we briefly outline for you the steps of the process. Our goal is to keep the congregation informed of our progress and to invite you to share with us your visions of Youth Ministry at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church.

Please keep in mind, however, that confidentiality is expected of the committee. We want to let you know about the process, but we cannot and will not comment on any potential candidates.
